Sleep disorders are defined as a disruptive pattern of sleep, which include difficulty in falling asleep, excessive amounts of sleep or abnormal sleep behavior. Some of the most common symptoms of sleep disorders may include problems falling asleep, snoring, fatigue, tired during the day, depression, anxiety and sometimes even lower leg movements while sleeping. Most adults need at least eight hours of sleep every night to be well rested but everyone doesn't get the sleep they need. Narcolepsy can is a less common sleep disorder in which the case is unknown.
