What is Aum Meditation?

Aum meditation is a therapeutic process that takes you in a world beyond your imagination. The word aum is taken from Sanskrit word Om, which is so much powerful that it can remove your stress by bringing back calm and balance into your life. Aum meditation a highly active and interactive meditation gives you an opportunity to look into yourself, your emotional life and regain the joy of being alive. Aum meditation should be offered only by trained people.

There are twelve different stages of aum meditation. Each of the stage takes you through a journey of emotional awareness and lasts for 10-15 minutes. They include:

  2. Heaven.
  3. Second wind.
  4. Kundalini rising.
  5. Cuckoos nest.
  6. Free.
  7. Crying.
  8. Laughing.

  12. Namaste and hugging.

The total time required for aum meditation session is two and half hours. At the end of the session you come to a deep inner silence, become refreshed and meet everyone with an open heart full of love.
