Come To Class Unprepared

Join Class With A Full Stomach
Consuming a heavy meal right before your yoga class is not recommended. Make sure you have around 3 to 4 hours of allowance from the time you last ate your meal before you can begin your yoga practice. Also, you need to drink plenty of water before you start doing yoga since you are only allowed to drink water again at the end of each session to minimize interruptions.
